Request a Return
We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours. Do not ship items back without an RA number, as this may delay processing.
- Log in to your account on https://escapelysium.com/ and go to “Order History.”
- Select the order and click “Request Return.”
- Fill out the return form, including the reason for return.
If you don’t have an account, email us at [support email] with your order number and details.

Pack and Ship Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
